There’s nothing new in the fact that Samsung is almost ready to launch their 2018 flagship devices. Recently we reported a rumoured launch date which suggested that the devices will launch during MWC 2018. Now, popular leaker, Evleaks has shared more details about the upcoming flagship.
According to a C-level executive at a major casemaker, the go-to-market schedule for Galaxy S9 / S9+ is as follows:
Launch – 2/26
Pre-orders – 3/1
Ships/releases – 3/16— Evan Blass (@evleaks) January 16, 2018
The leak perfectly fits with the MWC dates which confirms the previous information shared by Samsung during CES 2018. The Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus are rumoured to be powered by Snapdragon 835 chipset, 4 GB or 6 GB RAM and 64/128 GB storage. Apart from this, the camera will have Face recognition, fingerprint scanner and a dual camera setup on Galaxy S9 Plus.
It is not too long for MWC so it will be interesting to see what other surprises Samsung has planned for us. For now, you can head to the comments section and let us know your thoughts.
