Home automation is a rapidly growing trend, and fortunately for Windows Phone users it seems the apps are coming to enable us to take part in this new area.

Netatmo has just released apps for two of their products – the weather station and for their smart thermostat, into the Windows Phone Store.image

The thermostat lets you control your heating system directly from your Windows Phone and also lets you monitor and observe your home temperature and energy use over an extended period to spot trends and can help you save up to 25% on your energy bills.

The Netatmo Thermostat app can be found at in the Windows Phone Store here.

The Netatmo Weather Station is Personal Weather Station that you can monitor directly from your Windows Phone.image

The app lets you access your station’s measurements (temperature, humidity, barometer, felt-like temperature, CO2 and air quality) directly from your Windows Phone and also lets you do long term observations by uploading reading directly to your Netatmo account.

It also offers 7 days of forecast, available at your exact Netatmo Weather Station location.

The Netatmo Weather Station app is free and can be found in the Windows Phone Store here.

The Netatmo thermostat is 179 Euro while the Weather station is 169 Euro. Find both devices at Netatmo’s online shop here.
