Most photo filter apps either want you to join their own social network, like Instagram, or merely offer you the opportunity to upload your pictures to Facebook or Twitter.
Memento, a new Photo filter app for Windows Phone, takes a middle road, taking advantage of your current social networks, and also giving you the benefits of a dedicated social network, such as getting to see likes and comments on your photos directly from the app.
The app comes in a completely free, ad-free version with 3 filters, and a paid Pro version with with 9 filters and the promise of a new one every month.
Future planned features include:
