In partnership with Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, Minecraft is reimagining Oregon Trail as a Minecraft world dubbed The Oregon Trail Experience. This new experience includes learning activities that complement Language Arts, Mathematics, Science and more subjects. Microsoft claims that the Oregon Trail Experience is an educational journey through 19th century communities, from Missouri to the Oregon Coast. And it is exclusive to Minecraft: Education Edition.
We are delighted to partner with Minecraft Education, giving students a new way to experience one of the most popular educational games of all time, The Oregon Trail. In addition to this new experience, students can now export Minecraft creations in 3d and view them in Remix 3D. Using Paint3D app, they can also edit their creations using tools like the fill bucket, brushes, stickers and others.
