Microsoft’s has released a minor new update for the Next Lockscreen app on Android. Next Lockscreen is an app from the Microsoft Garage, and it includes some pretty nice features. As for this update, there aren’t any new features but it instead focuses on improved battery life. According to Microsoft, the update improves the battery life by using Wi-Fi instead of your GPS to get your location which leads to a decrease in the battery usage. Here’s the full changelog:
