Microsoft yesterday released a new driver update for Surface Book 2 devices with Windows 10 Version 1803 and above. This update improves hibernation on Windows 10 April 2018 Update.

Surface Integration v4.7.136.0 improves hibernation on Windows 10 April 2018 Update.

To pull the update directly go to Settings> Update & Security> Windows Update> Check for Updates, else simply wait to be notified of its availability.
