Xbox One Holiday Sales

Since the launch of Xbox One and PS4 last year, PS4 has dominated the sales charts every single month. Even the release of exclusive game like Titanfall didn’t boost Xbox One sales. Microsoft Xbox team was aware of this fact and they started preparing for this holiday season. They announced Xbox One console SKU for just $399 which doesn’t include Kinect. Again, for this holiday season, they announced another price cut to $349. Specifically for the Black Friday weekend, they announced another price cut to $329. On top of all these, they have 4 new Xbox One bundles which comes with new games. Also, Xbox One has the best game line up ever. They have exclusives such as Sunset Overdrive, Halo Master Chief Collection, Forza Horizon 2 and more.

Market research firm InfoScout today revealed that Xbox is crushing the competition this holiday season.

PlayStation4 had a disappointing weekend one year ago, capturing only 15% of the console market. While 2014 shows a slightly better story for the Ps4, between the Xbox One and Xbox 360, Xbox once again dominated the console war, owning 62% of the market share.

Xbox One Assassin’s Creed Unity Bundle was the top selling console at various retailers.
