Even though Microsoft delivered two major updates this year for Windows 10, the overall design and user experience remains the same. According to a new report, Microsoft is planning to deliver a big UI refresh for Windows 10 in 2021.

This project is codenamed “Sun Valley” and it is expected to be released during the 2021 holiday season. Microsoft is planning to reinvigorate Windows 10 with substantial changes to the Start menu, Action Center, and File Explorer, new animations for fluid UX, new features, and more.
