Windows 10X, which is expected to show up in low-end laptops sometime next year, will break from the now-familiar Windows 10 UI to present something a bit more tablet-like.

This could mean a lot of retraining will be needed, and to address this, Microsoft will reportedly upgrade the Windows 10 Tips app into a new app called Learning Hub.

Learning-Hub

The app will feature an improved UI and more content, including video, images and animations and is designed to get new users up and running quickly. It will likely form part of the First Run experience on the OS.

The OS is expected to be finalized in December 2020 and hit devices sometime in Spring 2021.
