Microsoft has launched a set of enhancement features to elevate the user experience. The latest addition is the new Magnification Slider. This feature will allow users to easily adjust the zoom level of various Access objects, offering a better and more comfortable viewing experience. This works great for people working with a large dataset.

Before this, if one had to change the zoom level, then they had to access the settings or change it through the display settings. However, with this new magnification slider, you can directly change your device’s zoom settings. Simply access the slider from the Access interface, which is likely placed in the status bar or view tab. Slide the marker according to your level of zoom and view any report, data sheets, or query easily.

The magnification slider offers a wide range of zoom levels, enabling you to watch your screen properly. This flexibility allows the user to customize their workspace without going through extra steps. With this, the user can either examine a detailed view of his information in any datasheet or fine-tune a complex form. This slider is a step in Microsoft’s journey to improve user experience and they are doing it one step at a time.
