Microsoft has announced the new Surface Book 2, the successor to the original Surface Book and the Surface Book with performance base. Naturally, as prices fall and Moore’s law takes effect, you may be wondering what you get out of buying the new Surface Book instead of scrimping and saving on the older Surface Book or even Microsoft’s slinky new Surface Laptop.
Microsoft’s Surface Book 2 is focused on performance, and supports an improved Surface Pen, if you’re the type to push your devices to the limit and you have the cash to spare, it may be wise investing in a Surface Book 2 rather than an older device.
Without further ado, here’s how Microsoft’s Surface Book 2 compares to the older Surface Laptops on a pure spec to spec level.
