If you thought Windows 10 Mobile Insider Builds were over it seems you were wrong, as Microsoft has rolled out a new build to Windows 10 Mobile users still on the Fast Ring.

The build number, 15254.249, is still a Feature 2 build only one build number above the Cumulative Update which rolled out the public users (15254.248) and it may be that Microsoft is trying to fix the egregious issue of pushing out a build with significant known issues, such as not being able to open PDFs, to the general public.

As we heard earlier this week, Windows 10 Mobile has exited mainstream support in January 2018, and Microsoft no longer feels they have any obligation to provide more than security fixes, suggesting the remaining Windows 10 Mobile users should be thankful for any further effort they receive.

Insiders in the Fast Ring can download the new build by checking for updates in Settings.
