At TechEd conference in Europe, Joe Belfiore demoed couple of new improvements coming in Windows 10. First, Windows 10 has added new gestures support for trackpads. Read about it here. Second, they are making improvements related to multi-monitor support. Microsoft is fixing some of the things which was supported in Windows 7, but removed in Windows 8/8.1.

He demoed it by dragging a window to the center edge between two monitors, and now there is a new visual Snap prompts like we saw in snap mode in Windows 10. When you drag the window near to the edge of the display, Windows 10 will prompt the ability to simply Snap the window against that edge. Watch the demo video above.

Joe also announced that these new features will be released as part of the upcoming Windows 10 Technical Preview build 9865.
