Microsoft Garage today introduced a new app called Snap to Pin for Android. The app is kind of like Pocket and allows users to save articles for later. With Snap to Pin, users can save any article they want, sent it to OneNote, or share it with the friends.

Snap To Pin, a Microsoft Garage project, is an app that provides a new experience of saving your current readings in any mobile app. It can intelligently recover the corresponding web address using a user captured screenshot and provide a cleaned reading experience for the captured articles. With Snap To Pin, you can easily save articles for later reading, send to OneNote for editing, or share to friends.

For now, the app isn’t available worldwide — it is only available to Android users in New Zealand and it’ll likely roll out to other countries in te coming months. For those wondering, the company hasn’t announced if the app will be coming to Windows Phone or iOS yet — however, keep in mind that it’s a Microsoft Garage project which means that it’s an experimental project.
