Microsoft pushes out new security and privacy related updates for Windows 10

Microsoft has released three new updates for Windows 10. The first is to address the ongoing Spectre saga, while the other two are to notify Windows 10 users on the Creators and Fall Creators Update to upgrade to the April 2018 update.

KB4100347
KB4100347 contains additional CPU microcode updates for Intel processors. The update is only for Windows 10 version 1803 and Windows Server version 1803, also known as the April 2018 Update. The updates contain only Intel-specific code, which Microsoft has agreed to distribute to ensure more users are protected.
KB4134660 and KB4134661
According to Microsoft, this Windows update provides a notification of an improved privacy experience on upgrade to the Windows 10 April 2018 release. The first is for Windows 10 Version 1703 and the second Windows 10 version 1709.
The updates are available via Windows Update or Microsoft Update Catalog portal.
