Kat Holmes, Principal Design Director of Inclusive Design at Microsoft is leaving the company. Kat was named one of Fast Company’s Most Creative People in Business for 2017. She is best known for her thought leadership in reexamining disability and diversity as a source of innovation. Before this role, Kat Holmes was Design Director at Operating Systems group at Microsoft in which she was working on the design of Microsoft’s personal assistant, Cortana.
