The new Windows 10 Mobile TP has had a rough ride. From severe server issues, to several false starts, some users still haven’t been able to get the software installed on their devices.

Micrsosoft has posted a few help threads on the issue that you should be interested in should you have run into any of these issues:

If your phone was configured for the Fast ring but you don’t see any updates offered for Windows 10 , check here.

If your phone is on the list of devices supported but you aren’t seeing any option for an Insider fast, check here.

If you got Windows Phone 8.1 Update 2 but haven’t been able to make the jump to Windows 10, check here.

While the update deployment process was rough, we should remind you that this isn’t a general release program, it is a preview. And things often do go wrong in deployment, this is just one of those days. Have you been able to get Windows 10 mobile on your Lumia? Let us know in the comments below.
