Nokia Lumia 1520 Specs And Pricing

Microsoft today announced that preorders for the new Nokia Lumia 1520 will be offered at all Microsoft retail store locations and Microsoftstore.com from today. The device will be available from Nov 22nd. If you pre-order the device from Microsoft, you will get the following,

  • A $50 Microsoft Store app card,
  • A free flip cover valued at $39.99,
  • A $20 app card provided by Nokia,
  • A free download of “Halo: Spartan Assault” for Windows Phone.

The device will cost $199 with 2 year contract on AT&T. Microsoft once again confirmed that apps like Instagram, Vine and Mint are coming soon, but didn’t provide any date for the same.

REDMOND, Wash. — Nov. 7, 2013 — Preorders for the new Nokia Lumia 1520 will be offered at all Microsoft retail store locations, as well as through http://www.MicrosoftStore.com, the company announced today. The Lumia 1520 is available for preorder immediately, and will hit store shelves and the online store Nov. 22. Customers who preorder a Nokia Lumia 1520 before Nov. 22, 2013 at Microsoft retail store locations, as well as through http://www.MicrosoftStore.com, will receive a $50 Microsoft Store app card, a free flip cover valued at $39.99, in addition to the $20 app card provided by Nokia, and a free download of “Halo: Spartan Assault” for Windows Phone. Customers who purchase the Lumia 1520 at Microsoft retail store locations, as well as through http://www.MicrosoftStore.com on or after Nov. 22 will receive a $50 Microsoft Store app card, in addition to the $20 app card provided by Nokia and a free download of “Halo: Spartan Assault” for Windows Phone.*

Launched in October at the Nokia World event in Abu Dhabi, the Nokia Lumia 1520 is a 6-inch, full-HD smartphone with a quad-core processor and a 20-megapixel PureView camera sensor. Powered by the latest version of Windows Phone 8, the Lumia 1520 comes with Live Tiles, which let you pin your favorite people, apps and more to your Start Screen for updates you care about and a phone that is uniquely yours. Windows Phone 8 also offers more than 175,000 apps and games with new titles like Instagram, Vine and Mint coming soon. The Nokia Lumia 1520 will be available for $199 for new AT&T customers or existing customers eligible for an upgrade with a two-year agreement. The Lumia 1520 will initially be available in black, red and white, with yellow to become available later this year.
