Microsoft today announced that they are adding the ability for developers to share an app or a game in Microsoft Store to a private audience. This new private audience capability in Dev Center will help developers to publish an app or game that will be visible only to the people they specify. Others can’t see the app even if they have a direct link to the Microsoft Store listing. This feature will help developers gain feedback from the targeted audience without having the product visible to anyone else.

After getting feedback from specific private audience, developers can also make the app or game publicly visible to everyone whenever they want. There’s also an option for an app or game to automatically transition from private audience to public audience at a specific time. Developers can learn more about this feature from the link below.
