Bots tend to be the bane of gamers, but it may be because they are just not rad enough.
Microsoft is working on a bot for gaming which gamers may actually welcome.
Revealed in a recent trademark application, Radbot is designed to prove “online customer service in the field of online gaming and streaming” and we assume it will find a place on Microsoft’s Mixer network, giving streamers a hand.
It is interesting that Microsoft is creating a new brand for the service, however, as Cortana would surely have been the perfect gamers assistant 😉
