Microsoft Advertising’s pubCenter is a publisher platform that enables App developers to deliver targeted advertisements to Windows Phone and Windows 8 applications. The feedback from the community using pubCenter was mostly negative because of its poor UI and ad filling rate. Microsoft has now fixed the former issue with a completely revamped website with all new design. This site now works great and looks beautiful as well.
