Microsoft is certainly lining up celebrities for their Windows Phone 8 promotional campaign.
The latest is an American football quarterback Cam Newton for the Carolina Panthers. He joins Gwen Stefani, Holly Willoughby, Jessica Alba, Jay-Z, James Corden and Will Arnett in the star-studded cast which must be costing Microsoft several million dollars.
The aim of the campaign is to convince buyers to pick Windows Phone despite their friends not owning the device. Hopefully the investment will pay off many fold.
