Microsoft has rolled out a new update for Your Phone app that adds the much-requested SMS feature. The company showcased Your Phone app this year during Build and released it last month for Windows Insiders.

However, until now Your Phone app only supported images but today’s update finally brought the support for SMS as well. The latest update bumps the app to v1.0.12432.0 and is available for Skip Ahead users right now. With the latest update, Windows Insiders can now view, compose and reply to SMS directly from their Windows 10 PC.

Unfortunately, you have to open the app to reply to the messages but I guess Microsoft will add support for replies directly from the Action Center later. The new update is rolling out to users on Fast Ring and Skip Ahead right now. We have no word on when the app will be available for the public but for now, Windows Insiders can download the update from the Microsoft Store and try out the new features.
