Microsoft today announced that their DVLUP rewards program for mobile app developers is now expanding to 192 countries worldwide. DVLUP offers challenges related to Windows Phone, Nokia X and Nokia Asha apps to developers and reward them with prizes and campaign opportunities to promote their apps. There is also a leaderboards where developers can see how they compare to other DVLUP members.
