Microsoft FastTrack program for Office 365 and EMS now serves more than 4,000 new customers every month. Microsoft working with thousands of partners and customers worldwide have enabled over 22,000 customers and migrated a total of 3.7 PB of customer data to date.

Microsoft today announced the expansion of the FastTrack program to support Windows 10, Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Teams. Just like FastTrack for Office 365 and EMS, the expanded program for Windows 10 and Dynamics 365 provides customers with resources and tools to support onboarding and user adoption.

  • FastTrack for Windows 10: Customers who use FastTrack for Windows 10 can get access to partner experts committed to helping them discover what is possible with Windows 10, plan for successful rollouts and deploy Windows 10 (and optionally together with Office 365 ProPlus) at their own pace.
  • FastTrack for Microsoft Teams: New FastTrack resources for Microsoft Teams, including a new scenario, awareness kit and Productivity Library cards—plus remote onboarding and user adoption guidance from our FastTrack team. Microsoft is making it available in advance of Microsoft Teams general availability to allow organizations to begin planning and piloting Teams ahead of their rollout.
  • FastTrack for Dynamics 365: When you participate in the FastTrack for Dynamics 365 program, you will receive guidance on best practices and how to plan for successful rollouts. You will also learn ways to enable new users and expand capabilities – all at your own pace. Additionally, you will have access to Microsoft engineering resources committed to make your experience with Dynamics 365 a success.

Eligible customers can also request onboarding assistance through their certified Microsoft partner or their Microsoft account team at fasttrack.microsoft.com.
