Earlier this month, Microsoft introduced Microsoft Edge for Android and the iPhone. Redmond released a preview of the browser on both the operating systems, with the Android preview being slightly less-stable than the iOS preview. Microsoft Edge was slightly slower on Android when compared to the iOS version, and Microsoft has been working on addressing some of the early issues in the past few weeks.

The company today released a new update for Edge on Android, with some bug fixes which will improve the experience and performance of the browser. Here are the notes from the update’s changelog:

Thanks for trying out Microsoft Edge preview and for all the feedback. We’re working hard to make this the best browser possible. This update includes bug fixes and performance tuning. Let us know what you think!

Microsoft Edge for Android isn’t available to all users at the moment, and you will have to join the preview program to be able to get your hands on it. The preview program is open to everyone though, so you can sign-up for it here. Once you are part of the preview program, you will be able to get the browser on your Android phone here.
