Microsoft recentlypushed Build 17134.1 to Slow Ring as well as Release Preview Windows Insiders. While Microsoft has delayed the official rollout of Spring Creators Update over some issues, people believe 17134.1 could be the final RTM build.

Just hours after Microsoft pushed the build to Release Preview, users have noticed a rather strange Microsoft Edge welcome page. The page title says, “Welcome to the April Update” with the subtext, “This Windows 10 update contains many new features. Start here.”

This can be a solid indication of the fact that 17134.1 is indeed the final RTM build for the next major release of Windows 10. However, there are chances that this might be one of the candidates selected for the final test before deciding the RTM build. That said, Microsoft Edge has been known to the final name of the update on its homepage in the past which could mean RS4 will officially be called as “April Update.”

Microsoft watcher, WalkingCat also shared a clipping from WinHEC where the host who is a Microsoftie was caught calling RS4 as “Windows 10 April 2018 Update.” That said, Microsoft hasn’t officially revealed the name of RS4 so we still aren’t sure about the final name of the update.
