Microsoft cuts the price of the HP Elite x3 in the UK

Earlier this month, Microsoft started taking pre-orders for the HP Elite x3 in the UK. The device was originally priced at £749, and it was expected to be released today. However, Microsoft has quietly delayed the release of the Elite x3 to 22nd August. In addition to this, the company is now offering 5% off the HP Elite x3 as the device is now available for £706.80. Keep in mind that this is the Business Pack, which means you will get the Continuum dock alongside the HP Elite x3, which will allow you to use Continuum for phones on your Elite x3.

For those unfamiliar, the Elite x3 sports a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820, a 5.96-inch WQHD AMOLED display, 4GB RAM, 64GB of internal storage, a 16MP rear camera, and a 4150mAh battery. The device also packs an 8MP front-facing camera, a fingerprint scanner, and an Iris scanner.
