Microsoft is shutting down its Twitter account for Surface Support and is instead advising users to head over to Microsoft Helps which will be handling all your Microsoft Support queries, both software and hardware related.
In 6 days this account will be closing. We will continue answering all your questions from @MicrosoftHelps.

Microsoft has traditionally had a host of disparate accounts for its individual products handling support, it is only from the past year that the firm has begun to consolidate its support accounts to Microsoft helps;Surface Support isn’t the only social account Redmond has closed, the company has closed the various Lumia accounts including the Lumia Youtube account recently (For obvious reasons), and Lumia users who need support for their Windows phones may also make use of @MicrosoftHelps on Twitter.
