Microsoft closes Surface Support Twitter account in favour of Microsoft Helps

Microsoft is shutting down its Twitter account for  Surface Support and is instead advising users to head over to Microsoft Helps which will be handling all your Microsoft Support queries, both software and hardware related.

Microsoft has traditionally had a host of disparate accounts for its individual products handling support, it is only from the past year that the firm has begun to consolidate its support accounts to Microsoft helps;Surface Support isn’t the only social account Redmond has closed, the company has closed the various Lumia accounts including the Lumia Youtube account recently (For obvious reasons), and Lumia users who need support for their Windows phones may also make use of @MicrosoftHelps on Twitter.
