Microsoft buys Daytona Laguna complex near its HQ campus for $250M

King County records has revealed that Microsoft has bought Daytona Laguna complex for about $250M. Daytona Laguna complex is a 725,000-square-foot office that is located right in the middle of Microsoft’s sprawling campus in Redmond. Microsoft bought this office space from private equity firm Blackstone, which acquired this space two years ago for $204 million.

Microsoft recently announced a major redevelopment at its headquarters in Redmond, Washington. The project will include the removal of 12 existing buildings and the construction of 18 new buildings along with new running and walking trails, open spaces and sports facilities.
