Microsoft just announced yet another low-end Windows Phone device, Lumia 540 Dual Sim. It comes with 5-inch HD display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor, 8MP primary camera and 5MP front camera. It includes 8GB internal storage and expandable up to 128GB.

Lumia 540 Dual Sim will be available in glossy layered cyan, orange, white and matte black and will start rolling out in early May to the IMEA and APAC regions, and to Italy with an RRP of $149 USD.
