Microsoft Windows Insider team today made a mistake by releasing an internal Windows 10 build to Windows Insiders. This new Windows 10 build 18947 seems to be a daily build which Microsoft built recently for internal use. According to Reddit, this build was pushed to both 32-bit and 64-bit machines. Windows Insider team is aware of this issue and they are looking into it.
