While the Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL are expensive handsets, it does not mean there are not eager Windows Phone fans all round the world who are waiting to pick one of them up as soon as possible.

If you are in South Africa today we have the good news that the handset is coming to one of the country’s largest carriers Vodacom.

Their twitter support said:

This is around the same time the handset is hitting markets in Europe, which means South Africa will not be waiting much longer than anyone else, which is great progress.

Of course most Windows Phone handsets in South Africa (where the OS has a decent market share) are on the more affordable end. Are any of our South African readers planning to pick one up? Let us know below.
