At this point, its safe to say we know basically everything about the Lumia 950 and 950 XL at this point except how they look in real life. That just changed today.
We recently received new hi res images of the Lumia 950 from a person who goes by Win10Love on twitter, and we have to say, the devices are beautiful in person.
The images show off the screen quality, the camera ring and what could either be an iris scanner or a front facing flash (we’re leaning heavily on the former)
“For some reason, despite the low resolution of the picture, I feel you can see the high resolution of the screen” – Surur D
If you need a refresher course in specs, the Lumia 950 is confirmed to have a 5.2 inch WQHD screen, 3GB of RAM, 32 GB of storage paired with SD support of up to 2 TB (200 GB cap right now) and a 20 MP camera. The 950 XL is to share much of the same except it will have a 5.7 inch screen, a Snapdragon 810 and a slightly bigger battery than the 950. Other rumored features include an iris scanner, a front facing flash and continuum support.
We’ll learn more about this device on Tuesday when Microsoft officially announces it next week, but till then, take a look at the images and tell us what you think in the comments below.
