French website NokiaDay.com reports that the recent Lumia 535 update which addressed the touch screen issues also delivered Microsoft’s new Message+ app, which is a replacement for the SMS app on Windows Phone, and which hooks in to carrier’s Rich Communication Suite services.

Messaging+ is the fast way to chat with your contacts in the People Hub. You can add pictures and videos to your conversations, and share contacts and other files with friends and family. Messaging+ also links to OneDrive, making it easy to share what you want quickly.

The app works best when integrated with carrier services like Joyn, and has recently been delivered by Vodafone in Spain.

Have any of our readers been offered the app, and do you find it useful.  Let us know below.
