Surface go

A couple of months back Microsoft launched the affordable Surface Go. It looks like the company is working on an LTE variant of the device as well. Microsoft did promise LTE support on Surface Go at the time so this shouldn’t come as a surprise.

The report comes from FCC where a device with similar specs to Surface Go has been spotted. The device received the FCC certification on October 1 under FCC ID “C3K1825”. The original Surface Go WiFi model FCC ID was “C3K1824” which indicates that the Surface Go LTE has indeed received the FCC certification.

The new device will support LTE bands including LTE 4, and LTE 5. There’s no update on when the device will be available but we should see it some time early next year.
