Ryanair has just released an app for iOS and Android which allows users to check flights, make bookings, check in and download mobile boarding passes and more.

NokiaNewsIreland asked the company’s rep on twitter when the app will be coming to Windows phone, but unfortunately received a less than positive response, with the rep saying “There are currently no plans for Windows Phone.”

With Windows Phone expected to crest 10% market share in UK by next year (close to 1/3 of iPhone usage) this seems less than acceptable.

We suggest it may be a good idea to let Ryanair know Windows Phone users are not happy to be left out. Tweet your displeasure here.
