Towerborne, the highly anticipated looter-brawler from Stoic Studio, officially enters Xbox Game Preview on April 29. Available on Xbox Series X|S, Windows PC, Xbox Cloud, and Game Pass, this new release brings a major update that deepens the game’s RPG mechanics and cross-platform experience.

The update introduces skill trees for each of the game’s four weapon-based classes: Sentinel, Pyroclast, Rockbreaker, and Shadowstriker. Players can now progress from level 1 to 50, unlocking new abilities, perks, and playstyle options that encourage more diverse and strategic combat builds.

One of Towerborne’s biggest strengths is its flexibility. Thanks to Xbox Play Anywhere support, gamers can transition from Xbox to PC and keep everything – progress, gear, and friends.. Since outside combat skills can be freely combined, re- tested, and loadouts tweaked without penalty, experimentation in this regard is core to the game.

Inspired by player feedback from early access on Steam, the Towerborne team continues to refine the experience, focusing on customization and dynamic gameplay. With future content updates planned and couch co-op on the horizon, Towerborne is just getting started.

Pre-install is available now, with the official Preview Launch Stream set for April 29 at 10AM PT on Twitch.tv/Xbox.
