Microsoft has rolled out a new update for Photos App on Windows 10. The latest update bumps the app to v2018.18022.15810.0 and brings the ability to tag people.

A little while back Microsoft introduced the ability to sort photos using categories like landscape, portraits and even faces. While this feature was powered by AI and was pretty accurate, it missed a basic element of allowing manual tagging. However, this changes with the latest update as users can now tag people manually. To do that, you just need to go to the Photos app and click on People tab and then click the Start tagging button. This will open the photos from which you can select the relevant ones. Once done, click on add person and select the name from your contacts list.

The feature is rolling out to both Insiders and Non-Insiders so you can head below to grab the update from the Microsoft Store.
