Latest Block and Filter (global) update improves Windows 10 Mobile support

Block and Filter is Microsoft’s app which lets users manage unwanted calls by blocking and otherwise filtering them.
The app is similar to the Lumia call+SMS filter but up to now has not worked as well on Windows 10 Mobile.
The latest update has now fortunately significantly improved the app, which can now be set as the default call filter app, and now actually allows users to add numbers to the filter.
Hopefully the update is another sign that the OS is getting the polish it needs in the run up to its release on devices in less than a month.
