We have written about javaFX before, but then only the demo (in the video below) was available.  6 weeks later and you can download the nascent cross platform environment for yourself now.

The runtime package is designed for use with select Windows Mobile handsets and also includes the Sun Java Wireless Client.  The package contains a Twitter client, a simple calculator, a photo viewer and a little application like the Xperia’s fish where your finger makes a ripple and the fish follows it.

JavaFX is intended to bring rich media content to phones and is intended to support many platforms, but of course first came to Windows Mobile.
