Early this week, Apple officially announced the new iPhone 11, the iPhone 11 Pro and the iPhone 11 Pro Max devices. As expected, Apple did not reveal the RAM and battery capacity of these devices. This key information got leaked today and you can find it below.

  • Apple iPhone 11 – 4GB RAM and 3110mAh battery
  • Apple iPhone 11 Pro – 6GB RAM and 3190mAh battery
  • Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max – 6GB RAM and 3500mAh battery

While premium Android flagships has started offering 12GB of RAM, Apple has just started offering 6GB RAM in their flagships. Even though you can claim that iOS does better RAM management, having half the capacity of RAM when compared to Android flagships is really a bad thing.

Due to great level of hardware and software optimization, Apple iPhones always offered decent battery life even with  less battery capacity. As Android flagships started including massive amounts of battery to improve the overall battery life, battery life of iPhones looked really bad. For example, the iPhone XS offered around iPhone 14 hours of 3G talktime when compared to massive 21 hours on Samsung Galaxy S10.

With the new generation of iPhones announced early this week, Apple has included significantly large battery capacity to improve the battery life. For example, the iPhone 11 now offers up to 17 hours of video playback. The iPhone 11 Pro offers up to 18 hours of video playback and the iPhone 11 Pro Max offers up to 20 hours of video playback.
