Huawei today announced EMUI 10, the next update to its Android software based on Google’s upcoming Android Q. The update will be delivered to Huawei’s Android flagships like the P30 and Mate lines, as well as its Honor 20/10 phones. Interestingly, much like Samsung, the phone will also come with a feature that allows users to cast their devices to their Windows PCs.

Not much else is really known about EMUI 10. Huawei has mentioned that it’ll be bringing the system-wide dark theme that Google debuted to its operating system. The gestures will presumably be making the trip along, and the Android’s advanced permissions feature will as well.
Huawei says it’ll debut EMUI 10 as a beta for the P30 from September 8.
