After much anticipation, Huawei has finally launched the Nova 4 with a Galaxy A8s like cutout display and a massive 25 MP front camera which is embedded into the display. The company teased the phone on a couple of occasions in the past but was beaten by Samsung who launched the Galaxy A8s just a week ago.

Huawei Nova 4 comes in two variants and with the camera being the only difference between the two. Huawei Nova 4 comes with a 48 MP f/1.8 main camera, a 16 MP f/2.2 ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 2 MP f/2.4 depth sensor. The lower cost variant of the Nova 4 ditches 48 MP camera with a 20 MP camera. Apart from that, the Nova 4 also features a 25 MP front camera for selfies and video calling. The rest of the specs are consistent between the variants, including a 6.4-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 2310 x 1080, Kirin 970 processor, 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. The Nova 4 comes with Android 9 out of the box under EMUI 9.0.1. It also has a decent 3,750mAh battery which supports 18W fast charging.

The Huawei Nova 4 is currently available in China and might launch soon in India and Europe as well. The 48 MP camera variant of the device will cost 3,399 yuan (approx. $490) and the one with 20 MP camera will cost 3,099 yuan (approx. $450).
