Good news and bad news for prospective HTC Titan owners.  Bhogal over at XDA-Developers have discovered that the HTC Titan uses Samsung eMMC NAND memory, rather than the much slower microSD card memory.

The bad news is of course that users will not be able to upgrade the storage themselves, but since only a small minority will be doing that I would call this a massive net positive, meaning HTC Titan users will be enjoying even faster and smoother performance.
