It turns out that the HTC One for Windows does not just have better battery life than the HTC One for Android, but is also faster.
According to Basemark OS II results the HTC One for Android scored 1071.37, while the Windows Phone version scored 1109.
The device, with its Snapdragon 801 processor, is also the fastest Windows Phone, handily beating out the Nokia Lumia 1520, which scored 1015, and was only second overall to the Sony Xperia Z2, which scored 1226.
