HTC LTE handsets coming second half of 2011

HTC’s Peter Chou has told Mobile World Live in a video interview that they expect to have LTE-powered handsets in the US market some time after the middle of 2011.
He also said the company will support recent momentum for Near Field Communication technology, most commonly used for digital wallets and small payments.
He re-iterated his support for both Windows Phone 7 and Android, saying his company had a portfolio approach where they would offer a number of options for the consumer and let them decide what they wanted.
