wp7delayThere have been recent rumours of a delay in shipment of Windows phone 7 handsets by HTC.  HTC and even Microsoft jumped in, trying to squash the rumours, but the truth is that most buyers looking for handsets in stores will find nothing.

Deutsche Telekom (via AreaMobile.de) has made it official, pushing back their launch of the HTC Mozart from tomorrow to the 3rd of November.  Unofficially, according to Pocketgamer’s survey of 8 stores in UK, most expect handsets to arrive in about 2 weeks time in stores.

They, like us, have also found awareness amongst phone retailers to be rock bottom, and no stock in stores at all, which is bizarre for a handset set to launch the next day.

Any of our readers expecting to pick up a Windows Phone 7 handset tomorrow? Let us know below.
