Microsoft today started sending HoloLens Wave 2 invitations to developers. Microsoft is looking for a wide spectrum of developers to create diverse apps and experiences, so they are inviting developers based on their app ideas and past app development history.
If you have already applied for HoloLens dev kit, please login to https://www.holotechinfo.com/ and check the status of your application.
You can also apply for HoloLens dev kit now. You must be a registered Windows Insider in order to get HoloLens dev kit. The Microsoft HoloLens Development Edition is currently shipping in the United States or Canada only. Visit here for more details.
