We reported this morning that the Nokia Lumia 800 has topped sales at Elisa, Finland’s largest carrier in February.  Now Vesa-Matti Paananen, Windows Phone Lead at Microsoft Finland reports that this feat has been replicated on all the other major carriers in Finland, making it a pretty safe bet to say the Nokia Lumia 800 has outsold all other smartphones, including the iPhone 4S and Samsung Galaxy variants in February in Finland.

We have of course been tracking the success of the handset over the last few months, and it is pretty clear the phone has been a game changer for Windows Phone.  Hopefully the momentum will spill over into other countries in Europe and eventually worldwide soon.

Thanks Jesse for the tip.
